Welcome to our listeners globally and Coast to Coast in the US. You are at the right URL WERB radio.com, at the right time. And you are on another program of East to West, and this is Eitan Battat.
Welcome to another East to West Songbook. So happy to be with you and thank you, thank you for joining me. There’s so, so much suffering in this world right now. The world is missing lots of love. I truly believe that we are in a critical time in history, but maybe every time was a critical time in history. I just really think that we need to adopt the philosophy of live and let live. This philosophy emphasizes tolerance and mutual respect. It truly encourages the individual to allow each other to live their life as they see fit, without interference or judgment. But of course, as long as there’s no harm is being done to others.
We will have so much peace and coexistence. We’ll have the ability to embrace diversity and recognize that everyone has their own unique perspective and ways of life. Maybe, just maybe, it’s too ambitious. But what’s wrong with being ambitious to support live and let live? We can create such a harmonious and more understanding world, where differences are accepted and value and even live and let live will also apply a degree of humanity. Acknowledging that we don’t have the answer for all the problems of the world, and that our own way isn’t necessarily the best way or the only way. It’s calls for patience, empathy and willingness to let go of the need to be right.
Yes, I do believe that we can adopt this way of life. And while we’re contemplating that, we are right here on East to West. And I have a wonderful lineup that I have compiled and put together for your pure pleasure and enjoyment. So for the next two hours, sit back, relax, keep on doing what you’re doing. And join me on a journey around the world with music featuring the wonderful Bee Gees, Rod Stewart, and many more.
Stay with me.
