“Every week I’m talking to you about the slow movement. Fact is that nothing was slow about the past seven days. It feels like every week we just accelerating even more. We put the pedal to the metal and then we start accelerating and one more week have gone by. In fact, if you really want to be optimistic, we’re only 30 days from the first day of spring. My dad used to say; it’s a season or a period of time and it will pass. You know it and I know it. Every season has an expiration date on both sides for that matter.  Your sad moments periods of time and season have an expiration date, as well as the good times.

It seems that I continuously learning how to appreciate the good moments, and be grateful for them. Never take for granted the opportunity I have to broadcast to this program of East to West live and share it with all of you out there.
