Back in 1985 Donald Fagen created a mythical late night (early morning) radio personality who called himself “Lester the Nightfly.” I fell in love with the idea of being a radio host right then and there… at ATO Fraternity House at the University of Michigan. 30 years later… when I found the opportunity to create my own show filled with “jazz and conversation” I knew immediately what to call my show. And Lester the Nightfly was born.
